Black Nankotsu Ramen ($10++)
Ever since our striking experience with Nantsuttei Ramen, black colored broth Ramen often draws our attention ;) So we gave Ajisen a try as they too attempt to bring us their "Kogashi" signature ramen from Japan Ajisen.
We rated both thumbs-up for their melt-in-the-mouth boneless pork rib! It was remarkably well braised and flavorsome.
But unlike the densely garlicky ramen that we enjoyed, the ones here seems to be just their regular tonkotsu broth scorched with garlic oil; the black stuff eases off easily towards the middle of the meal... we don't really mind since we love Ajisen's tonkotsu soup too.
