Tokyo Walking in Plaza Singapura

Received a booklet of 50% discount vouchers to try out the Japanese restaurants set up by Japan Food Holdings. And Plaza Singapura seems a convenient spot with most of its eateries under one roof in Tokyo Walker.

From where we are sitting, we could order from any of the Japanese food outlets here, but payment had to be made separately at their individual cashiers.

Ajino Chanpon with Clayfish ($15.90++)

Didn't know Japanese actually likes our Chinese yellow noodle? Created by a China Fujian Chef in Kyushu and named after him as "Chanpon", it is a Kyushu noodle dish that's slightly thicker than our Chinese noodle, served in rich sweet broth from the melding flavours of assorted seafood, meats and veggies.

Bring your friends who love lots of veggies, or cabbages in this case. You sees as much noodles here as the shredded cabbage!

Kazokutei Pork Cutlet Toji Rice + Udon Set ($14.90++)

Then we try out Kazokutei who is famous in Osaka as Udon specialists... but we feel that Waraku still serves my favourite Udon.
