Was watching the final episode of 美乐加油！serial and this statement from the Mom to her daughter kind of stuck me..
The daughter said, "Ah, mom you trust me so much?"
Her Mom replied, "This is understanding, not trust. There is no unconditional trust in this world, but when you understand a person well enough, you should know what are the things she might do, and what she wouldn't."
“这是了解，不是信任，世界上没有无条件的信任，可是只要你够了解一个人的话，你就会知道什么事情她会做，什么事情他不会做！”
Ummm... "Unconditional Trust"
I was suddenly conscious of how often i've been crying out for "Trust Me"... Trust had to be earned, really... :( And asking for unconditional trust is such unreasonable request...
