Summer Frost, 夏日霜

This is simply the fantasy of 'eating snow' :)

"Snow Ice" has its name inspired by the thinness of the flavored Ice shavings and their smoothness, reminiscent of fine snow.

Having the smoothness of ice cream, the lightness of snow yet at the same time less cloying than ice cream.

This popular Taiwan Dessert doesn't melt as fast as other shaved Ice Desserts and have less grainy texture because of the milk content in the ice.

Mango Icing ($2.50)

We were at NTU, canteen 2 for lunch with the big agenda to try the 雪花 dessert stall. And it's really nice; comparable to what was being offered elsewhere but at a much more economical price.

They offered Plain Icing ones with colored Syrup without condiments at $1.50, additional condiment at 50 cents more.

So i would advise you to get the standard ones with condiments (all at $2.50), choose from flavors of Mango, Chocolate Oreo, Kiwi, Red Bean Mocha or Grape.

I'm dreaming of the Red Bean Mocha...

NTU is the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore located in the Western part of Singapore.

Visit the website for the campus map: http://www3.ntu.edu.sg/publicportal/students/transport+and+map/default.htm

Canteen is numbered after the nearest Block number. Example, Canteen 2 is at Hall of Residence Blk 2.

Hope you find it. Enjoy the excursion :)

Thank you for your updates :)

At $3 may not make them that attractive anymore. The F&B market competition is stiff.
