黄信兴 in Pek Kio Food Centre, Blk 41A Cambridge Road is one of my favourite hunt for Fish Slice Bee Hoon Soup. The other being Guan Xing in further Changi.
鱼片米粉（$3)Clear Fish Soup is my comfort food whenever i'm down with Flu as it never fails to make me blow my nose hard. Sneeze...!
Lunch time queue is unavoidable.The soup may get a little salty at times but i enjoy it all the same. Its generous helping of thick and fresh Fish slices is the crowd-puller. Meow... ...
