Japan Light Cheese Cake, 275g ($8.80)
Japanese Cheese cakes are renowned for its light fragrant taste, but the one from BreadTalk was clearly "under-cheese". You could pass it off as a sponge cake, faring just a little better than the cheese cakes from The Bakers World.
But it is probably the right cheese cake that's healthily light and finely soft for teething toddlers and weak-jawed greying seniors. Ric suggested i might like Fiesta Japanese's fresh baked cheese; we shall see ")
