Vegetarian Bee Hoon Mee

It's the norm in our family for preparing this vegetarian dish on the 1st and 15th of every Lunar month, as it's a diet that suits both the Herbivores and Omnivores palates :)

Today's dish has an addition of Black Noodles bought back by Sis from China; totally unheard of to us, these were made from the nuts of wild grown trees. Sounds pretty healthy.

But what i fancy was the flat Tapioca Flour Noodles that is translucent in texture; a dry product from China that can be purchase locally.

And crunchy golden-fried Bean curb Skin that's the essential side dish in all of our home-cooked Bee Hoon Mee.

Bon Appetit.
