This is the Habib Rojak at Pasir Panjang Food Centre, not the similarly named stall in West Coast Drive/Ayer Rajah Food Centre. West Coast Habib is famously good but these ain't bad when you are in the vicinity and craving for some warm thick dipping sauce with fried fritters, fish cakes, potatoes, cuttlefish...!
The sweetly spicy dipping sauce that recipe mainly of sweet potatoes, either make or break the dish. This one makes it.
