Today, we decide to re-visit some of our old time favourite hawker stalls in Old Airport Rd.
Maybe we had had better; this Toa Payoh Rojak stall which operates their large consumers base with digital numbering system does no longer agrees with our palates - sauce was too sweet and dense, shrimp paste aroma was missing in the mix.
Other ingredients were well prepared. But we believed a good belacan shrimp paste to be the soul of a Rojak.
