Armenian Street Fried Kway Teow

Char Kway Teow ($3)

Ordinary looking Char Kway Teow?

Not when you know the history behind this little stall - they are the long lost fried kway teow from the old National Library; now found in a coffeeshop at 303 Anchorvale Link. This bait sure bites.

The son of the original stallowner had took over the stall, cooking up a wok of slightly dry kway teow with a good aroma of 'wok hei'! Ric loves it. "It gave you a satisfying aftertaste." He said. And i do agree, and that alone sells.

Else be tempted by their many plump cockles and crispy bits of pork lard in the noodle.
