Restoran Rong Cheng, 隆城海鲜楼

Hock Chew Hokkien Mee

Lunch was at Restoran Rong Cheng where everyone knows them for their Hock Chew Noodles. The very restaurant was named Restoran Hock Hua just 2 years ago when we were on a trip to visit Yong Peng's handmade noodles factory.

And we really like the chewy Hock Chew noodles. Tried polishing off the plateful despite being still bloated from our late breakfast and a mini durian feast by the roadside durian fruit stalls ;)

Broccoli with Mushrooms

Steamed Pork Belly with Preserved Mustard Greens (Mui Choy)

Shark Fins Soup

Cereal Prawns with Mayo & Honey Dew

Wrapped Herbal Chicken

Steamed Tilapia Fish

All in all, Rong Cheng serves a good lunch and service; but expect nothing for their Shark Fins water. They, however does a dessert of bitter sweet Chin Chow Grass Jelly that was simple yet delightful!
