潮苑, Restoran Chaw Yuan

"Oh! We're in for a good dinner!" My expectation surged when the tour bus alighted us at Restoran Chaw Yuan - we had remembered them for their quality cooking.

Unlike Restoran Rong Cheng that was packed with rowdy tour groups. Dining at Chaw Yuan was a more private affair as they served a clientele of mainly walk-in customers of the wealthier local families.

And we were indeed, not disappointed.
