Sichuan Double Cooked Pork, 回锅肉

Double Cooked Pork Belly, 回锅肉 ($5)

Also known as Twice Cooked Pork, this is one of the most popular dishes in China, Sichuan province. We made a packed away from the China Cze Char stall at Canteen 1, NTU.

It was not surprisingly good and of ample serving sizes - even for pack away! Residues of its flavorsome Chili Oil was reserved for cooking of some fried rice and vermicelli, later ;)
