But first, let's have a look at the amount of food we were served from Double Spring Teochew Lor Duck Kway Chap (双春潮洲卤鸭粿汁）at Pek Kio Market and Food Centre.
The plate came piled with Pig offal, braised Duck meat, Fishcake, braised Beancurd, Taupok and hard-boiled Eggs.
Exploring further, the Teochew dish surprises us with scrumptious braised belly Pork too! We were left bloatedly defenseless after slurping up 3 bowlfuls of flat, broad rice sheets in soup of dark soy sauce!
