Everyone gets to enjoy a little piece of Christmas with this affordable "Log Cake" alike from The Icing Room. Looking more of a Swiss Roll but of a smoother flour and cream texture; this is a pleasurable gift from Sister-in-law's neighbor for the Christmas.
Actually, i've always been thinking... does Log Cake have to be as expensive as a cake? Can't a cheap Swiss Roll pass off as one? I love the buttery Swiss Roll from our neighbourhood cake shop too ;)
