Singapore Chinese Orchestra @ VivoCity

As the sun retires behind the clouds at approximately 5:30pm, we took our seat at the VivoCity Rooftop Amphitheatre. Munching on our Japanese snacks purchased from Daiso, we await the start of the performance.

Titled Descendants of the Dragon, the concert opens at 6pm with the resounding and upbeat piece of Descendants of the Dragon (龙的传人), capturing the attention of the audience with its energy and vigor.

Following that was repertoire pieces of Classic Chinese pop tunes, pieces of beautiful Classic ballade and popular songs by the late Taiwanese singer Teresa Teng in medley presentations. Immersing one in love, romance and passion.

And the audiences responded positively with thunderous applause.

Then for dinner, we drove up to mum's favourite Five Spice Stall for the fried items & porridge.
