This fried vegetable cake was yummy; i lose count of the numbers i ate. They are crispy on the outside while spongy on the inside.
This is the result of mum's new recipe with consist of 3 types of flour in the dough mixture.
1. Plain Flour (300grams)
2. Rice Flour (800 grams)
3. Corn Flour (800 grams)
Adding water and hand-blend it into a workable mixture before all the vegetables cut bits were added.
Deep frying them one by one; maximum of having 3 at anytime in the heated wok was time consuming and hot sweaty work in the kitchen. Such is my mother's gracious attributes.
