Glutinous Rice
Mum steamed this vegetarian glutinous rice for the Chinese Tomb Sweeping Day 清明节 today. In memory of our ancestors, she's on vegetarian today.
And the dish can never do without deep fried crisp shallots accompanying every mouthful.
