Hover Rojak in Jurong

Rojak ($4), Grilled Cuttlefish ($2 for 1, $3 for 2. We have 2 pieces here)

Most time, you couldn't resist the beckoning of Singapore Rojak - crunchy peanuts, toasted-crispy fried dough fritters and bean curd, juicy pineapple, turnip and beansprouts. Most importantly that special whiff of fermented prawn paste sauce! It is a truly adapt appetizer in any Singapore's hawker centre.

Alright. I do admit the addition order of grilled cuttlefish is extravagant, but definitely a treat to any ordinary rojak.

One of Singapore's most recognized rojak is the Hover Rojak in Balestier Rd. But that's too far off when we were stuck in the West of the island. But fear not! Well, we wouldn't know if this hole-in-the-wall Hover in Blk 492 Jurong West St 41. is any related to Balestier's Hover. But it does satisfy our craving for that rojak experience of sweet, savory and crunch! Anytime.
