I think i'm getting this quite right by now (my previous cooking is disastrous). Too much variation from recipes is really not recommended.
Still, i've omitted the alcohol element this time; no Vodka ;) Try following the Step-by-step illustrations here for this Tomato Cream-Based Pasta.
I love Tomato; i love Cream.
I'm bent on perfecting this recipe!
