Black Pepper Sotong ($8)1036 is actually a rustic Coffeeshop operated Cze Char that offers free parking lots in its own vicinity. It was sited along the road leading to Sembawang Park. Many families dine here.
Food seasoning was overpowering as with most Cze Char stalls. But thank God, the cooking here doesn't dehydrate us too badly.
I don't fancy Cze Char cooking; i prefer lighter taste of food. You?
