Chwee Kueh ($1 for 4)This stall at #02-05, Tiong Bahru Market needs no further endorsement, everybody knows of them famous for selling one of the tastiest Chwee Kueh in Singapore.
But this being my favourite stall; i wish to document it in this blog :)
We like the super fine texture of this Chwee Kueh without being overly squashy. Its texture sets it apart from other Chwee Kueh we have eaten.
Enjoying it together with its savory hot Chili paste and deliciously fried Chye Poh with Garlic and a dash of Sesame Seeds... Power!
