
The wet weather kept us indoors for the Aerobics warm-up, followed by a brief Yoga session of the "Sun Salutation".
The 20mins Yoga practice was much insufficient for Yoga enthusiastic like us, i had looked forward to a interesting Yoga session like the one we had last year :(
But we enjoyed the lively Aerobics dance steps that was effective through its simple movements. It was nevertheless, a Sunday spent differently.
