Dim Sum at Hua Nam

Boarded the public bus transport to Upper Thomson Rd; meeting Ric for our picnic at Sembawang Park tonight.

Seated in the bus, it occurs to me how i enjoy Singapore's public bus service (at off-peak hours only). Safe and discipline drivers, clean seats and all. No complain, except for the speed of travelling at 60km/h :)

When i alight at Thomson at 3:30pm, i can see Hua Nam 华南 restaurant in service. Quickly i phoned Ric to suggest taking a little snack there.

It's a well-know Cantonese Dim Sum outlet with an old history, we've been plotting to try it out but never a chance on weekends as it's always packed, both the shop and the parkings. Today's the chance.

Everything tastes good except for the phoenix talons which is a little lack in moisture. Best of the lot being the glutinous rice. This dim sum fare costs $10.

Will be back to try the others in the menu, if traffic permits.
