Home Fix: Roti Prata

Was lying on bed one night, and thought of adding ingredients like Cheese, Eggs, Onions to my instant Roti Prata.

Ric says it can't be done... Ha ;)

Did it today, it's simple.

1. While pan frying the frozen Roti Prata on 1 side, lay on the Cheese slices and diced Onion, breaking an Egg over them. Gently mix it with the spatula.
2. Drip on some Oil or Butter onto the Egg mix - Egg loves grease.
3. Flip the Roti Prata when the Egg mix begin to solidify.

And these were the plain Prata we have with Raspberry Jam and coarse Sugar.

Alas, the 'Sakura' brand of frozen Roti Prata we purchased had a heavier taste of flour - not satisfactory. Making a mental note...
