Chicken Rice ($3.30)Had wanted to visit Timo after our 'Beautiful Sunday' concert by the Singapore Youth Chinese Orchestra, but they were sadly closed when we arrived at Maxwell Market by 5pm.
TianTian was surprisingly still in business at this hour and the stall owners were busy cooking; but we were spared the long lunch hours queue.
The chicken skin here was certainly additive. Our favourite Chicken feet were sold out, nonetheless. Prices all up by 30 cents recently.
