Yes, please try this handmade Teochew Kueh

Soon Kueh 笋粿, Ku Cai Kueh 韭菜粿 ($0.50 each)

It's been some time since we had these handmade kueh from the Old Airport Road; i've long forgotten how it taste like. So it delivers a long approving "Ummm...!" from me as i bite into the succulent rice flour of the 'thick skinned' Soon Kueh!

Having too much conveniently factory manufactured ones, i've faint memories of these delicious handcrafted. Can't help taking a second glance at the stall where the Teochew hawker is still hand kneading away...
