Guangzhou D4 - 三禾百味

This eatery has an easy to remember English name, called "Sam Food".

Situated just below our hotel, it's a convenient joint for Breakfast before we start our day journey by their public buses :) Guangzhou transport system was pretty easy to follow. Ha, that's with Ric doing all the orientation.

甘香卤肉面 (¥9)

Expect lots of fatty Pork in common China's eating house.

黄金炸两肠 (¥4)

I love Chinese dough fritters in Zhu Chang Fen! Direct translate from Mandarin means "The Fried Two"

The texture of crispy fried Fritters wrapped in soft flour skin had my continual desire for it. I've yet find a food stall serving decent version of it in Singapore.

煎饺 (¥4)

Another classic, pan-fried Dumplings. Full and plump. Crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. You are never wrong getting a China cook for traditional pieces like these :)
