Guangzhou D2 - Dough Fritters & 肠粉

Always a lazy late morning starts for us on a Free & Easy trip. Can yesterday plane flight be an excuse for our exhaustion?

The first Breakfast item on mind was the Guangzhou Zhu Chang Fen or more commonly known here as La Chang, 拉肠.

This little road side stall behind our hotel, along 珠海南路 in ZhuHai Market (珠海市场) was long scheduled for a revisit.

Fried Dough Fritters (¥1),Century Egg and Pork Porridge (¥4)

鸢焉拉肠, Pork & Beef (¥5),猪肝拉肠, Pig Liver (¥4)
The best thing to have are the Chinese Dough Fritters & Guangzhou styled Zhu Chang Fen, especially the Pig's Liver ones!

China maybe a place of low hygiene standard to most foreigners, to dine in the common road side stall is most unimaginable. But i enjoy the hustle and bustle in their market place, eating unpretentious local food while soaking in the atmosphere...

Good Morning Guangzhou!
