GuangZhou D1 - Saloon Cafe

A one-way flight from Guangzhou to Fuzhou cost ¥730!

That's how much our friend paid before he bought us lunch at the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport while we accompanied him in wait for his evening flight to Fuzhou.

Stewed Beef La Mian (¥78)

Probably dues to the dehydrating effect from air flying, we were all craving for something hot and soupy. Ordering of traditional Chinese handpull noodles (La Mian) never goes wrong in its places of origin, China. It tastes great, everytime.
Sichuan Spicy Minced Meat La Mian (¥68)
Braised Pork La Mian (¥78)
Yeah, prices were steep for dining in China's International Airport. Unless you goes to the McDonalds next door.
We spent an hour of carefree chatting after lunch. And it dawns on me how far we've flew to have this coffee and chit chat - we seldom meet up with our busy friend for coffee, almost never.

Only a break from our life routine can us, cityfolks afford such luxury.
