Sleeping in Omelette

How interesting and cute this reads, Omelette that sleeps in? Mmmm... It's motivating enough for my 1st bake!

Last night, i prepared the Omelette for sleeping overnight in the fridge and baked it once i woke this Sunday morning. Recipe here.

I didn't follow the recipe faithfully, am guilty for substituting the below ingredients:

Wholemeal Bread for Onion Rolls,
Cheese Slices for Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
No Cream Cheese used or Mustard or Pepper,
i replaced seasoning with Five Spice Powder and just Salt.
And Chinese Celery instead of Chives.

Oh, and i halved every ingredients as our baking dish was of smaller capacity. (Silly me, i forgot to reduce the baking time...)

Our Tefal Oven can only manages up to 280 degrees (a blessing in disguise)... so it's 280 degrees for the same amount of prescribed period. Baking...

For all my alternating, thank God this stuff still bakes and is edible. "Praying hard"

Breakfast with Mom and packed a piece for Ric.
And am glad Mom managed to wolf down as big a slice as i had.
Old-fashioned Dad too :)

So... i can bake ;)
